My Holy Land Pilgrimage is the first in a series of illustrated books. Through gorgeous illustrations of a world-class artist and personal narratives of a variety of different authors, readers will walk the footsteps of the Holy Land"s prophets through the eyes of the modern communities living there.

In fall 2009, Ginger Doyel--the first book"s illustrator--moved to the Holy Land to create a body of illustrations for the book, engaging the full tapestry of the Holy Land’s peoples and their narratives. Her watercolors will provide an opportunity for all the inhabitants of the land, Palestinians and Israelis, Jews, Christians, and Muslims, to tell their stories on their own terms.
