Method |
The Kairos Project method is a unique, multi-step educational process that begins by opening a long-term dialogue with religious and political leadership in the United States and reaching out to their communities. Broadly speaking, the Kairos method involves three steps:
- Pilgrimage. Guiding small groups of leaders on highly tailored pilgrimages of the Holy Land, the Kairos Project facilitates meetings with representatives of all three faith communities and Israeli and Palestinian political figures. In addition to tours of Biblical sites, we introduce participants to the modern peoples of this historic land and provide opportunities to experience meaningful and positive aspects of Israeli and Palestinian culture.
- Engagement and Education. The Kairos Project provides continuous education after the pilgrimage through symposia and briefing materials, as well as by linking leaders into existing organizational structures and identifying community resources.
- Activation. The Kairos Project will aid leaders in educating their respective communities through the design, facilitation, and partial implementation of sophisticated communications and outreach campaigns.
